Shipping and Return Policy
All products purchased through our kmcrystalshop.com ecommerce store follows these shipping terms.
We offer free shipping on all of our crystals via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Usually in most cases ground shipping or priority mail. These shipping companies have varying transit times.
In most cases, you can expect to receive your items within 3 – 10 days of shipping confirmation. You can also upgrade your shipping in the special order request field on the checkout page once you place your order. We will email you back a quote for the additional shipping upgrade.
We take the utmost care in packaging your crystals for shipping. We use paper, bubble wrap, and foam peanuts to secure purchased pieces. We also double box larger crystals for shipping. We offer free basic shipping with tracking.
Once your order has been placed and payment for your crystal has been confirmed, we will ship your crystals within 1 - 3 business days.
We will email you your order confirmation and shipping tracking number for you to track your package after purchase.
After we ship your product, we are no longer responsible for your product once the third-party shipping carrier has your item.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment.
If you’d like added protection (i.e., signature confirmation, additional insurance, or other shipping modifications) please note it when completing your purchase on the checkout page in the special order request field.
If purchasing additional insurance, please state the amount of coverage you want with your shipment. A second invoice will be sent. Shipment will be processed once payment is confirmed.
Please note that 3rd party carriers require proof of damaged items, so retain all packing materials and take photos if filing a claim. Claim information can be found on the carriers’ website.
Although we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, we help with the claim. Please call us during business hours or email us at email@example.com if you have any questions. We suggest that you call or email prior to purchase.
All products purchased through our kmcrystalshop.com ecommerce store is subject to our 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of crystals, we have a strict policy for returns.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package of your intent to return the crystal. You must provide proof that there is no damage to the crystals you’re returning via video or images prior to shipping the return back to us.
You can email us the proof of no damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Since we offer free shipping on all of our crystals. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return received by us is damaged in any way, you are responsible for the full price of the item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1 – 3 business days. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us prior to your purchase.
